Warranty period
3-year comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase.
What is covered by the warranty?
Industrial defects and breakage:
The warranty covers any functional defects or breakage in the bag caused by manufacturing.
Fracture of the body:
In the event of a break in the body, the entire bag is replaced.
Wheels & Accessories:
If the wheels or accessories are damaged, they are repaired or replaced with original parts.
Maintenance and repair policy
During the first 3 years from the date of purchase:
Repair or replace any damaged accessories completely free of charge
(Without any maintenance expenses or spare parts)
After the warranty period expires:
We provide you with continuous maintenance service.
The customer only bears the value of the spare part (without maintenance expenses).
How to get the service
Maintenance is done through the main branch of Waymore or via shipping
Service options:
Send an easy-to-install spare part from Wymore factory to the customer by shipping company.
Or send the bag for maintenance from the customer to the Wymore factory through the shipping company.
Note:
The maintenance service is free, but the customer bears the cost of shipping (receive + delivery).
What is not covered by the warranty
* Scratches or marks resulting from normal use
* Damages resulting from misuse or negligence
* Accidents or exposure to inappropriate conditions (heat/water/chemicals)
Advice from us
To maintain the appearance of the bag, we recommend using a dedicated protective infidel.
