1. Shipping Coverage & Rates
- Coverage: We deliver to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Shipping Rates: Fixed shipping rates apply to all governorates.
2. Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed and dispatched in partnership with Bosta during business working days:
- Cairo, Giza, Alexandria & Delta Governorates: Delivered within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Upper Egypt, Matrouh, Red Sea, North & South Sinai: Delivered within 48 to 72 business hours.
3. Package Inspection upon Delivery
To guarantee that your luggage arrives undamaged and in pristine condition, all items are packaged with extreme care.
- Please Note: Opening or inspecting the package in the presence of the courier is strictly not permitted to protect product integrity during transit.
- You retain full rights to exchange or return your purchase within 14 days under our standard policy detailed below.
4. Shipping Damages & Claims
- Please inspect your package upon receipt.
- If you receive an item damaged due to transit, you must notify our customer support team within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery, providing photos or videos of the damaged item so we can immediately assist you.
5. Exchange & Return Policy
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, brand-new condition.
- All original tags, labels, warranty certificates, and documentation must remain intact and attached.
- Returned items will undergo a quality inspection by our team prior to approving any replacement or refund.
