We offer you a one-year comprehensive warranty on all our branded travel bags, so you can enjoy your travels without any worries.

Waymoure products are thoroughly tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet global standards. Therefore, if a problem occurs with the waymoure products and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in the materials, waymore will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions listed herein. The warranty set out here applies only to the buyer

The warranties described herein cover manufacturing defects only and do not cover any damage resulting from misuse, unreasonable use, improper care, accidents, wear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, improper handling or misuse. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, stains, colour changes or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product are excluded. If your product is damaged in transit, make a claim to the carrier at the place of arrival, if applicable, prior to customs clearance.

Warranty details

Warranty period: One year warranty from the date of purchase.

What is covered by the warranty:

  • In case of broken chassis: If the bag breaks the body, the whole bag will be replaced.
  • In case of damage to the wheels or accessories: If the wheels or accessories are damaged, genuine parts will be offered to be mounted on the bag.

What is not covered by the warranty:

  • Damages resulting from improper use such as falling or exposure to heat or water inappropriately.
  • Damage caused by accidents or excessive use that exceeds the limits of normal use.

How to submit a warranty application

  • The customer must have purchased the bag from an authorised dealer or from an official store of Waymoure.
  • The customer's name and phone numbers with which the purchase and shipment were made must be provided because they are registered with us on the date of purchase and the warranty period are explained (this warranty is valid for the first buyer only).
