Return and refund policy

At Waymoure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:

If you change your mind after the order, you can cancel your order on the same day maximum or in any case of exchange, the return order must be executed within 5 days after delivery and you will only pay the shipping fee for the replacement order.

- The shipping fee is deducted from the initial price of the item

Return Policy:

A photo of the returned or replacement item must be sent to verify that the product is in its initial condition without any shortage.

- A photo of the returned or replaced item must be sent sealed and well packaged to be handled to the shipping company, otherwise the shipping company will reject it.

- In case of return or exchange, we accept the product and conduct an inspection within 5 working days. This inspection is carried out by our quality department to ensure that the product adheres to our exchange or return policy. After that, the refund amount is transferred to the customer, with shipping costs deducted.

- Refunds will only be made through bank accounts, Vodafone Cash or Insta Pay

A 3% processing fee applies to cancelled orders made by credit card - if your product meets the above conditions, please contact our customer service, as they will guide you through the process of shipping the product to us.

Please note that if the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be rejected and will be shipped to you.
